What is Loop pile carpet with TPR backing？

A loop pile carpet refers to a type of carpet construction where the fibers are looped rather than cut. This gives the carpet a more textured, durable surface. In a loop pile carpet, the yarns are sewn into the backing material in continuous loops, creating a resilient, often tightly packed surface.

TPR backing refers to Thermoplastic Rubber backing, which is a type of flexible, durable material used as the base layer of the carpet. TPR is known for being slip-resistant, lightweight, and durable, providing good grip on hard floors and helping to prevent the carpet from shifting or slipping. The combination of loop pile and TPR backing makes the carpet durable, low-maintenance, and often suitable for high-traffic areas.

In summary:

• Loop pile: The yarn is woven into loops, giving the carpet a textured, durable surface.
• TPR backing:A flexible, non-slip, and durable backing material made of thermoplastic rubber, which provides stability and helps prevent the carpet from moving.

This type of carpet is often used in commercial spaces, entryways, and areas where durability and low maintenance are priorities.
